How Returns Work
We want you to love the DreamFold Pro. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To start a return:
- Email us at support@noblepurr.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the DreamFold Pro in its original packaging (or any sturdy box)
- Drop it off at your nearest USPS location
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Return Conditions
- The bed must be in its original condition — no stains, tears, or structural damage
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- You have 30 days from delivery to initiate the return
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Shipping costs are covered by NoblePurr — returns are completely free
Exchanges
We currently offer one product — the DreamFold Pro. If you'd like a replacement (e.g., due to a manufacturing defect), contact us at support@noblepurr.com and we'll ship one out immediately at no charge.
Warranty
The DreamFold Pro includes a 12-month structural warranty. If the steel frame, locking hinges, or casters fail under normal use within 12 months of purchase, we'll send you a free replacement — no return required.
