When will I receive my dispatch email?
Within 48 hours of your order. The email contains your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page.
How long will my order take to arrive?
United Kingdom: 2–4 business days. Europe: 4–7 business days. North America: 6–10 business days. Rest of World: 7–14 business days. All transit times are from dispatch, not from order date.
My tracking has not updated for several days. What should I do?
Tracking can pause briefly while a parcel transitions between courier networks (e.g., from a local carrier to international air freight). If there has been no update for more than 5 business days, contact us at go@noblepurr.com with your order number.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
