Free Shipping on Every Order

At NoblePurr, we believe premium sleep solutions shouldn't come with hidden fees. Every order ships free to the contiguous United States — no minimum required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier website or through the tracking link in your email.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@noblepurr.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no charge.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been processed. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@noblepurr.com.
